Missy loves to be with her mom and dad. She also loves belly rubs and food! What beagle isn't a chow hound?!?!

Pet-Peeves:
Missy doesn't like loud noises. She was a rescue/pound pooch that came from a not-so-good past (abused/neglected). Therefore, she's pretty timid so loud noises really bother her.

Favorite Toy:
Sad as it is, Missy doesn't play. I don't think she ever learned how and despite our efforts to teach her, she never took to playing with toys.

Favorite Food:
Anything beef! :o) Although, chicken, pork, turkey, etc. will do as well....!!!

Favorite Walk:
She loves the rec park!

Best Tricks:
Sneaking cat food when Mom and Dad aren't watching!

Arrival Story:
Missy came to own us one day when we walked into an the local Humane Society - not looking for a dog, but just to go visit and play with them and take them outside for a walk. All the other dogs were barking up a storm, jumping up on the front of their cages and there sat little Missy, quitely looking up at us with her beautiful golden eyes. We took her outside to play and from that moment on, she's owned us!! And I can't thank my lucky stars enough....we are truly lucky to have her!

Bio:
Missy came to the local Humane Society as a stray. She was brought in by a family that had found her and kept her for two weeks in hopes that her owner would claim her. Lucky for us and for her, they never did. It was obvious from the first few moments we spent with her that she was abused and neglected, all of which was confirmed by the vet. From her timid personality, it's obvious to see that she had a tough life before she found us. But, that is all behind her now and my soul purpose in life is to make sure that Missy has the best life possible! She's spoiled rotten and I will see to it that she is for as long as we're both on this earth!
