A day in the life of a Hanky Pants

Busy Boy

Two days ago my mommy took me to the dog park and I saw some geese so I chased them into the pond, then mommy yelled and said I needed a bath and I made the truck all stinky. So then we went over to my friends Bleu and Sadie's house and my mommy made me sit in the sun to dry off. We were over there so late I fell asleep on the porch while mommy and daddy sat and watched t.v. with our friend Tommy (he's my pal and I like to play with him when mommy and daddy go out of town, he's the coolest)!!! Then yesterday mommy and I went to Stillwater, and more places but I don't remember everywhere we went because I fell asleep in the truck a lot. Today, daddy got home from work at 4 in the morning and mommy woke up and took me outside, I saw a big rabbit so I thought I would chase it, but I forgot that mommy was on the other end of the leash and I pulled her so hard she yelled. I always forget that if I pull hard it hurts my mom. Then later at 9 in the morning, I woke mommy up by jumping in bed with her and daddy and then I got a good tummy rub. I also got a bath today which I really enjoyed since I've had a tummy ache for the last couple days. Now I smell good and mommy says that I don't smell like a stinky foot anymore!!! YAY!!! Now I think I am going to go play with my blanket.

Truck Ride With My Mommy

Today my mom and I went on a fieldtrip. We went to Starbucks so mommy could get some coffee, then we went to the Goodwill to drop off some things since my daddy cleaned out the garage. I had so much fun. I stuck my head out the window so I could smell all the neat smells outside, and so I could see all the people drive by. Then my mom had to slam on the breaks because the human in the car in front of us wasn't paying attention (my mommy said some bad words), then I got scard and I put my paw on the button to roll the window up and that scared me some more. It's a good thing my mom has long arms so she could pull me back. Then we went home and mommy made a pizza for daddy and she burned it, so maybe I'll get some!!! Well, I have to go beg now!!!

Tired Pup

Yesterday I went with my mom and dad to my grandma and grandpa's house and I ran so much that I started to feel sick, so my mom had to put water on her hand an wipe my tounge with it so I would drink water. Today I am sleeping a lot and I keep having puppy dreams about rabbits and my ball. I keep growling and barking in my sleep and I keep on wiggling my paws like I'm running. Mommy thinks it's funny and when she laughs, I wake up. I'm so tired I don't even want to go outside. My mom is really worried, but I think I'll be okay. Maybe tomorrow if the weather is nice mommy will take me to the beach because I've been such a good boy.
