Waiting at the RB Gate

Although it’s my Birthday,
It makes my mommy sad.
I’m at the Rainbow Bridge
My heavenly little pad.

Memories and pictures
Are all we have to share,
But someday in the future
We’ll have licks and hugs to spare.

I’ll be waiting patiently
To see my mommy home,
I’m posted at the RB Gate
So she’ll never feel alone.

To all my little buddies
I’ve met here at the Bridge,
I thank you for helping celebrate
Now let’s go raid the frig!!!

As I'm lying here in bed,
This tiny little Prayer
Keeps running through my head:

God bless all my family
Wherever they may be,
Keep them warm
And safe from harm
For they're so close to me.

And God, there is one more thing
I wish that you could do;

Now I know that it's unusual
To Bless a motherboard,
But listen just a second

Rest so many of my friends.

I know so much about them

And this little scrap of metal
Takes me in to where they live.

By faith is how I know them
Much the same as you.
We share in what life brings us
And from that our friendships grew.

Happy 21st Birthday to ME!

Well today is my 21st Birthday! I'm FINALLY legal to have that Dogarita all my pals have been barking about. :o)

I’m sorry I can’t be with my mommy and daddy but it’s really a lot of fun here at the Bridge. I’ve made so many wonderful pals and we even have a puter up here so we can write to all our Dogster buddies!

Now Tinkie, little sis, you be good to mommy and give her lots of licks and cuddles for me since I’m up here, BUT remember I can see you so BEHAVE!!! I know you will be good Roxxie ‘cause that’s just the way you are. :o)

I have to head out, my Bridge Buddies are all ready to party for my special day! I’ll always be here waiting for you when you come for me one day. I LOVE you both with all my doggy heart just like I did when I was on earth with you!

Gifts from Heaven from Angel Indy!

I’m here with my little BIG brother Angel Indy looking down and watching my mommy and the gang opening the GIAGANTIC box of special gifts he and his family sent them.

We’re so lucky to have such loving and caring friends like them. Mommy doesn’t cry as much anymore since she knows I have Angel Indy to play with and watch over me.

Goodness! There’s just everything in there for everyone! Daddy’s in chocolate bliss with the turtles, the girls are yapping and sniffing and running around like loons with all the new toys and treats. Oh and Mommy’s heart is so happy with all the lovely special gifts your mommy picked out with such thoughtfulness and care.

I’m so glad our mommies found each other on Dogster and we’re all furever friends and have adopted each other as family. Thank you so very much for your attentiveness and love!

We were FRAMED!

I got such a nice surprise this morning in mommy's e-mail. A framed picture of my 16th Birthday! It was the last photo mommy and I had taken together before I had to go to Heaven.
Special "Thanks" to Dave for making it for me. He's such a sweet man. We love you DAVE!!! My special pal Princess Pookie introduced us and he's been such a blessing in our lives. Always doing extra nice things like my picture and spearheading my sister Tinker Belle's campaign. He a wonderful hooman!
I've got to run to the Bridge and show all my buddies my new picture frame!!!

Photo Addition

With the help of that little stinker Tinker Belle I was able to add mommys and my picture to my Dogster page. It's a VERY special picture for me 'cause it was my 16th Birthday and the last one I had taken with mommy.

Guidance from Above

This morning we all got on our Puputers and helped mommy collect pictures of the terrible September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the United States. Our paws were feverishly tapping away to make a video that would show our support. We even found a picture with Dogster's own Ash & Dusty who helped search at Ground Zero in New York.

WOW! Poor Roxxie. That little meanie Tinker is really giving her the business. I know from experience that mommy and daddy ALWAYS give equally. She'll have to go with her plan on higher education. After obedience school I went to the Miss Priss Finishing School and learned all my gracious manners from them. Roxxie minght even have to join the Marines to handle Tinker, she's a Cairn Terrier you know, VERY agressive & Alpha, gracious me!
