Arrival Story:
Knew I wanted a Whippet mix and looked on Petfinder.com for a very long time... then I saw and fell in love with Cheeto (then named "Scruffy"), so Rob and I drove out to Antioch to see him. We were instant friends, and we took him home that night. Cheeto had a rough life before we met him (hit by a car, two broken hips, almost euthanized, rehabbed without surgery, and on and on) - but now he's one happy pup and loves going camping and on hikes!

Bio:
Virginia was Cheets' second mom (who rehabbed him back to sprinting-shape), and loved him very much. She very sadly had to let him go, but still emails me for pictures and updates.
