The husband took him to a job doing reconstruction work in New Orleans, and Sherman lived in the house with three other guys. One of those guys was our oldest brother Rod. Rod took Sherman to Kentucky to live with our mom, but Mom decided that she was too old to handle a frisky puppy like Sherman, so we took him.
