Arrival Story:
Sampson came from a kennel that had an unfortunate accident when he was a puppy, one of the kennels burnt down. In this fire Sampson lost his mother. The kennel owners thought that all the dogs had been lost to the fire but as they turned away from the fire they heard a noise. They turned back to see Sampson running out of the burning kennel. He had somehow escaped. The first day I met him I told my husband I didn't want a puppy. We met Sampson in a parking lot, where the breeders let him out of his little carrier and he walked right over to me, sat on my foot and stared up at me with that puggy gaze. We took him home that day.
