Anywhere (but it's SO embarrassing...Frenchie whines/scream are non stop)

Arrival Story:
Rupert was bought from a breeder while I was at a dog show/visiting family in my hometown. My husband was out of town and Rupert was an 'unauthorized puppy'. =) His pedigree name is Sir Rupert of Rottweil. He was never shown; neutered at 6 months. Good thing we did because at 4.5 years he started having slight spinal issues. You don't want to breed that!
Bio:
Rupert is Mr. Personality. Anyone that meets him falls in love. He's a sweet guy but thinks he TUFF STUFF with other dogs. Rupert has a longer Frenchie screw tail and it wags. He's Mildred's 'nephew' (see our other Frenche, Mildred's bio). Rupert's animal communicator says he's very wise; he's got many past lives. We can tell. If you look at him he looks very intelligent (and IS)!
