My friend and I were looking for a dog when I finally got my new house. We rescued Nicky from a "backyard breeder"l. He was the last one - and we almost didn't see him- as he was cowering under the shed in the back- Just two beautiful blue eyes peeping out at me:) I took him home and dressed his paws as he had cigararette burns. He has never left my side until the day he died of an aneurism.

I have been turkey tagged by a few of my dogster pals, and since it is the beginnging of Thanksgiving week, it’s time to do something about it.
Thanks to Sophie for making the tag.

Because it’s Thanksgiving time, there is a change to the rules. Each player needs to tell seven special things they are thankful for.
