Arrival Story:
Mia was found in a closet during a drug raid. She was just a baby and very malnurished. The Sheriff took her to a vet's office that happened to be around the corner from me. While I was out walking one morning, the vet's assistant had Mia outside and I stopped to play with her and heard her story. The woman who was arrested had ten days to claim the dog, but obviously couldn't due to her being in jail so the vet's office called me and I adopted her. We've been inseparable ever since.
