Sick...

Mommy's been sick since Friday! I sure do hope she gets better soon. But until then I'll be snuggling and giving her plenty of kisses! Well, I'd better get off before Mom sees pawprints on the keyboard again!

♥My Poor Sad Mommy...

Oh dear. Mommy's been so sad lately. She was crying almost all day on Friday and today. She told me that she went to a funeral for someone she really loved today. I guess she died on Thursday, due to colon cancer. And my mommy wanted to tell you all this, please urge your mommies and daddies to get tested for any kind of cancer. She said that if it's caught early on, it's most likely they'll catch it and cure it. Please, all you humans out there, I don't want your babies to have to go through what me and my Mommy has to go through.

And for all of those who are mourning Kathie Lathrop tonight, we must all remember, she left this world happy and with no doubts.

Ahhh, Love's in the Air♥

Boy! Things have been moving so slow around here since my humans have been at school all day. And that just leaves me, Bear and that stupid pup! He is so annoying! He bites me, and tries to get me to play. And he jumps. Up and down, up and down all day! Bear keeps on telling me he has a crush on me. So does my mommy. If he does, I'll have to break it to him that it ain't gon' happen. He's at least three years younger than me! Hopefully, some other pretty face will guide his attention away from me. And fast! But, while it's still annoying, it's still cute, and a little flattering. I mean sure, there's been guys that hit on me and try to do that "MAN THING". But as soon as some bushy tail and sparkling eyes come trotting along, off they go. But, I got to hand it to the kid. We have come along some pretty good lookin' eligable pups and he didn't stray. Although he doesn't exactly know the way to a girl's heart, I can tell he's really trying. But I guess that will just come with time. He's hardly a dog yet. So, just give him some time, and someday, hopefully, he'll find that one special girl. I have, or I think I have. He seems perfect! He looks kind of like me, and is protective, and pretty nice to other dogs. And he's very charming! But the only time I get to see him is either when his daddy takes him on a walk, or my mommy takes me on walk. So, our love will probably never grow, but that's okay! All I need is a loving and caring home that have food, and hey, I already found one! I'd have to say I'm a pretty lucky dog. So, what I lost my youthful figure,(that actually I'm getting back, thank you very much!) as long as I got my humans to love me, I'm happy! And so are they!

Mommy's Home!

Woof Woof! My mommy went away this weekend and gave all her lovin' to my cousins, but now shes back! YAY! When she walked in the door i was soooo excited!! I completely ignored my sore leg! I ran up to her and coated her with kisses. Wiggling with joy, just like a little pup! I love my mommy so much. And I'm so glad that my human family came and rescued me from the Humane Society. I can still remember that day. I was so much younger. So was she! I loved her so much and I still do. The best time we spend together is when she sits down next to me, when we're all alone, and she talks to me. Even though we speak different languages, I think she can still understand my responses. She talks to me about her day, her friends, the family, her future. She said she wants to be either an Animal Shelter director or a Veterinarian. And I listen attenively and try not to fall asleep from the soft tuch of Mommy rubbing my tummy. I love her so much. And I would do anything for her, and she would do anything for me. We're a family, therefore, we are one...

Getting Better!

Yess! Finally after about a week of limping around the house in pain, I'm finally almost better! For those of you who don't know, I hurt my leg really bad last week while jumping into the car. I guess I ripped a tendent or something! But on the plus side, I lost 4 lbs! Ohh yeah! Go me! I think I'll take a victory lap...on second thought, I'll pass.
