Arrival Story:
When I got married to my husband we moved into an apartment that did not allow Rottweilers, so my wonderful parents that live in town said my girl Gabby could stay there. It was so lonely without a dog around so my mother-in-law gave me Nilla for Mother's Day, if we did not take her she was headed to the pound. So I did not rescue her from a shelter but I kept her out of one.
Bio:
Nilla is a unique dog with double dew claws. She is so loving, sometimes too loving. She nevers meets a stranger and loves to give kisses and play with kids. She is so soft and cuddly and LOVES to dress up! She is my prissy prissy princess!

This past Saturday mom took my sister and I to the Walk N Wag, it is a yearly event where we help raise $$ for the shelter we got sissy from here in Montgomery. Anyway, my dad had this great idea to let me try the 50 yard dash contest. My mom was terrified! I got off the leash once 3 years ago and she searched for ever to find me. Anyway, my dad said I could so we lined up at the start and he unclipped my leash and momma yelled, "NILLA WAFER COME TO MOMMY". I took off toward her with a time of 4.2 seconds. I was so fast I knocked her down on her fanny. She was so proud of me she almost cried! I think I would have done better but I had just gotten microchipped and think it may have slowed me down. Guess what I WON SECOND PLACE. I got a ribbon and tug toy. People came up to me and my mom and bragged about how fast I was.
I was so tired I came home and pooped out!!!!
It was a great day to raise $$ for the shelter.
