Dads Deploying!?

I keep hearing mom and dad talking about deploying! I hope it is nothing I did wrong. I hope I am not going anywhere! I will promise to be a good girl.

I keep hearing them talk about the military and dad going to a place called IRAQ, and mom keeps talking about what her, us and Owen and going to do. Whatever it is I hope it is fun for us, and I hope my dad comes home safe to us in the near future. I think he is going to be gone awhile!! I am going to miss him tons...not as much as mommy and Owen though.

Oh I am So Naughty!

So mom started a new job, and I am feeling a tad left out! Kip and I are only home alone for about 5 hours each day! Mom has never had a problem with me before. But the other day I just decided the carpet needed to be replaced. All I did was start tearing out the corner! I thought dad would be proud that I was helping him!

Not so much! Opps! I guess I was making more work for him. I figured they didn't need their damage deposit back on the rental home! :o) I was just trying to make it worth their money! Bad idea!

Mom has now put Kip and I in crates again! :o(

MOVING!!

Holy Dog! Mom was talking on the phone with dad, and Kip and I over heard that we are going to be moving soon. (August 1st)

We are going to the east coast!! North Carolina. I hope it is as nice as Minnesota! I hope there are dog parks, and beaches to play at. Mom said something about going to the ocean! I don't know what that is but, SIGN ME UP!!!

I am excited to be back with my daddy! I miss him SO much. I just want to lick and lean on him all day!

Oh my dog!!! I can't breath!!! I (Joy lishious) is Dog of the Day!! WOW I am honored. What did I do to deserve this! I think I might pass out! My paws hurt from typing all these wonderful pals!!! You guys are the best. Thank you so so much! Good thing I have Kip to help me out with all this!

Starzilla Was Saved by MOM!

I want to join all the fellow Dogsters in the Adopt 07 Stroll, but I need to tell you a wonderful story first.

A couple years ago, my mommy worked for a Boarding Kennel and there was a beautiful Weimaraner that came in named Starzilla. She had a family, and mom adored her anyways. Well one day the owner came up to my mom and asked if my mommy wanted to keep Starzilla. I loved Starzilla too, but mommy couldn't. Mommy knew she would find a home for her anyways. Mommy checked around and with a ton of luck my mommy's sister-in-law wanted Starzilla.

Starzilla has been in her family for a couple years now, and even I get to see her! We love her. I love to play. Next puppy my mom and dad get is going to be a rescue.

Doggie Daycare!

WOW! So mommy just brought Kip and I to this great place yesterday! It was full of puppies to play with, leather couches to sit on, even an indoor swimming pool. They had ramps and things to climb on! It was amazing. Mom and Grandma keep telling Kip and I that they saw us on the webcam! Whatever the heck that is. It sounds cool though. Mommy was excited to pick up at the end of the day! Kip and I were super tired. We came home and went to bed. Mommy was even in bed at 7:30p.m. I love that place. I hope we can go back soon. I made lots of great friends!

The Vet!!!

Mom keeps calling the vet office for some reason!! She keeps talking about a big vet bill and spade! What does that mean?? Whatever it is I hope Kip comes with me. I don't like going there by myself.

Then mom keeps talking about a "cone" what the heck is that??? Kip is keeping all this from me. He told me he knows what all of it means, but he is being a big butt head and not telling me his secrets!

Maybe I will get a treat at the vet though. The vet loves me and gives me all the treats I want!

OOPS!!!

Oops! I was a naughty girl on accident. Kip and I were playing in the living room two nights ago, and I made Kip yelp. Mom didn't know what had happened yet.

Mom let us out to go potty, and when we got back in Kip the little tattle tail showed mom what I had done. All mom saw was Kip's eye all bloody and a cut at the corner of his eye! She put some medication on it and sent him to bed. I got the third degree. Mom told me I needed to be nicer! I am sorry. I love mt big brother and I didn't mean to hurt him.

Mom is happy to report that Kip can now open his eye and it looks tons better.

Puppies will be puppies

Well I am getting bigger and bigger by the day!! I love being a big girl. I am not fond of my brother's picking on me though. I am a tough girl. They dish it out and you know what I do?...I dish it out even harder!! BOL. My new mommy doesn't know she is going to have her hands full! :) I am a BOSSY girl and I am going to rule the roost! Kip has no clue. Mommy keeps telling him that I am coming, and that he needs to be a nice boy. He just looks at her and cocks his head. :)
