Arrival Story:
We got Charley from a shelter, which had him because he had been dumped and was found on the streets. He was about a year old. I went into the shelter to look at a different dog I had seen on the website, but I was absolutely smitten by Charley. I filled out the paperwork on the spot and we brought him home a few days later. It took him a little while to get accustomed to our household, but now he's completely bonded to all of us (even the cat). We wouldn't trade him for anything!
