shane & i went to portales last year & stopped @ the hardware store---there was a woman standing out in front holding a chihuahua. i asked her what the puppy's name was & she said it was a stray she had just seen roaming around. so of course i brought her home w/ me! we are looking for a home for her, but if we don't find one we'll just keep her. if you know anyone who might like her let me know. she is very loving and playful. we're calling her summer for now. you can tell she was on the streets for a while because of the cuts on her ear---looks like she got in a fight or two.

wow, it's been ages since i updated my diary, and so much has happened!! last time i woofed at everypup, i had just gotten my furever home (this was back in july). i met my man sarge at my new furever home, and we fell in puppy love!! about a month and a half ago, our babies were born. in just a few short months i went from being homeless and all alone to having a great home with lots of friends and a family of my own!!

yep, after my "foster" family had me less than a week, Dad called Mom at work & said he thought they should keep me! WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!!! it's great not having to roam around scrounging for food anymore! and these people have the bestest chow! i even get to sleep in their bed with them!!! i am so so so happy.
