Birthday: April 16th 1996 Likes: King loved riding in the car and French Fries. Pet-Peeves: Having his toenails clipped. Otherwise he was totally amiable. Favorite Toy: His Squirrl toy. He loved that toy and would carry it around, make it squeek then hold it and lick it as if he was sorry. Favorite Food: French Fries Favorite Walk: He loved the Woods and chasing squirrels. Best Tricks: singing the blues on cue Arrival Story: King came to me Memorial Weekend at barely 5 1/2 weeks old when a neighbor told me his dog had pups and if someone didn't take them he was going to have them destroyed. Needless to say, King came home with me that day and I had other neighbors take the other 7 pups. Of the 8 in the litter, King is the only one to live past 1 year of age and he lived to 9 1/2 even though the vet said with his spinal deformity he wouldn't make it to 3 years of age. Bio: King was my handicap aid dog and a visitation dog. He was 1/4 wolf, 1/4 chow, 1/4 terrier & 1/4 grey hound. He looked like a snow dog but with the markings gone awry and his personality was so laid back and gentle sometimes you would think he wasn't even there. Yet the day the liver cancer got so bad that we had to have him put to sleep to stop his suffering I found out how much I would miss his sweet, gentle soul. He has been gone almost a full year now and everyday I want to cry at the loss. Forums Motto: Love Everyone! I've Been On Dogster Since:
