Nicknames: My name is pronounced like the name Micah. some of the fun names my mom calls me are Girlie, Cute, Miss Cute, Coota (a variation of "Cute!"), Pupper, Pupperdoo
Doggie Dynamics:
Likes: Agility!!! (more than anything!!), food, playing tug, investigating moving objects, getting attention, barking at dogs walking by our yard, car rides, sleeping
Pet-Peeves: I don't like when other dogs I don't know run up to me
Favorite Toy: Sheepy Tug, my food tube, basketball, anything I can tug on so I can sound really vicious as I play-growl :)
Favorite Food: My diet is EVO kibble and home-cooked, but I really do love almost everything! I especially love treats that have fish in the ingredients, and sweet potato is yummy too!
Favorite Walk: To the park
Best Tricks: Lots!! A crowd favourite is "Up!" (jumping in my mom's arms)
Arrival Story: As her first ever dog, my mom researched for two years before finally getting me. She researched lots of different breeds before deciding on the best one; the Miniature Schnauzer. She found an excellent Miniature Schnauzer breeder and reserved a puppy from the next litter. The breeder called my mom saying the puppies had been born, and gave her the choice of a black male, or a black and silver female. She chose the black and silver and the rest is, as they say, history.
Bio: I'm a spayed Miniature Schnauzer. I compete in agility at the national level with my mom. We've been training in agility for four years, and competing for two years. We also love trick training. (I was chosen as *Agility*'s Dog of the Week on February 17 to 23, 2008; Dog Diary of the Day on Friday, September 21, 2007; and Sunday, January 20, 2008!)
Forums Motto: My mom's heart dog

we got 6th place at the AAC Regionals and qualified for Nationals!! We competed at Nationals on August 1-2. Mom was really happy with me, I was so fast and had so much drive! I tried really hard for her and she couldn't be more proud. She says that she couldn't have a better dog :) Yay, I'm happy when mom's happy!
On another note, I've been on Dogster for exactly 3 years today! :D Wooot go Dogster!
Our province's AAC Regional Agility Championships are coming up very quickly!! The Regionals will be held on May 29 - 31. The Regionals is the qualifyer for the AAC Nationals -- to qualify for Nationals, we'll have to get 350 points. Points are added or taken away depending on how fast I am and if I make mistakes. It'll be a blast, even if we don't qualify!
I've had a "little brother" for a month now. His name is Wall-e, and he's a 6 month old Shetland Sheepdog. He sure does get a lot of training time with Nat! But Nat says that's just because he's a puppy and she needs to work on his foundation training. She still makes sure to do a bit of everyday house manners, basic obedience, tricks, etc. with me too. And I still get walked too.
