Arrival Story:
Tolliver was found wandering the streets of Leavenworth by Animal Control. He was brought into the shelter and one of our volunteers spotted him. He was so sweet we couldn't understand why he had been left to fend for himself so we decided to make room for this very loving, happy, even tempered socialite.
