Lola Monroe's Luxurious Life.

Lola's highlights so far...

Sunday, July 16th:
*Lola Monroe comes home!! (Finally! After all the waiting..the time has come to get my baby!)
*Lola's first long car ride.
*Lola's first night away from her mother & three brothers.
*Lola's first trip to In N Out Burger. ( I snuck her in & let her indulge in the tiniest piece of hamburger meat after I was finished with my meal. )

Monday, July 17th:
*Lola chases her tail & has everyone laughing at how adorable she is while doing it.
*Lola stays by my side as I take a nap, never leaving me once.
*Lola meets her Auntie Amy!!

Tuesday, July 18th:
*Lola lets out a baby bark when her Auntie Kelsey tries to open the blinds.
*Lola meets her Auntie Arielle!
*She gets whiny when she can't see or hear her Mommy or when she isn't getting enough attention.
*We weighed Lola at the post office. She is barely over 2 lbs!
*She begins to learn "get in your bed".

Wednesday, July 19th:
*Lola seems to be teething because she is chewing on everything!!
*Lola's first trip to Broadway Plaza, Boudins & Nordstrom!
*She cocks her head to the side to show that she is listening when someone talks to her.
*While out shopping, Lola recieves sooo much attention. Everyone "oohhs" and "ahhhs" over how beautiful & well behaved she is.

Saturday, July 22nd:
*Lola's first visit to the hair salon with Mommy.
*Lola gets her first bath since coming home! (I can't get over how tiny she is when you get her wet!)
*Lola & Mommy get their pictures professionally taken.

Sunday, July 23rd:
*Lola learns how to escape from her pen if all the latches aren't properly closed!

Monday, July 24th:
*Lola's first visit to Dr. Tillman for her puppy check-up. She weighs 2 lbs and 4 ounces!

Saturday, July 29th:
*Lola's Puppy Shower!! A special celebration at the Residence Inn in Pleasant Hill is held in honor of Lola Monroe! Friends & family gather to visit, eat and watch Lola open gifts and eat a special doggy cupcake!
*Lola meets her Daddy!
