I don't know if I have enough room to write, so I'll keep it short and sweet. Lady was a foster dog through Northern California Beagle Rescue. On August 26th, 2005, a sad couple dropped off this sweet girl at my house. She was the husband's mother's dog, who had fallen ill and the family could not take care of her. Lady was 20 pounds OVERWEIGHT, malnourished, and her feet were weak and disfigured. She couldn't even walk. She would 'scoot' across the grass outside to get around, and going to the bathroom was really hard work. She had lost all the weight in just the first couple of months she was with me, her energy skyrocketed and she learned to walk again.
Bio:
Lady went to the Rainbow Bridge on April 26th, 2008. Her difficulties with walking became too painful and uncomfortable for her, so we decided to let her go. She will be in my heart forever, my best friend. I love her so much
