It my BIRFDAY!!!

Whooo Hoo.....It's my Birfday and I am going to dance, play, eat, run around, and just have a grand ole day!!! I hope everyone out there has a FANTASTIC Day also :) Got to run and convince mommy to feed me a good breakfast!!! YUMMY!!!

Mommy has been taking us to the dog park like crazy!!! We have gotten to play with other dogs (cousin Ruger came over), travel like crazy (I was a country dog last week), and be lazy like crazy (all that other stuff got me plain tuckered out)!!! I am going to post the new pics!!! Enjoy :)

No dog park this weekend...

Ok mommy was mean and we didn't get to go to the dog park this weekend. It was quite the interesting weekend though...I got to explore the storage shed out back. Mommy didn't think that I could figure out to open the door but she was so wrong. I am one smart cookie :) So I made my own fun this weekend!!! I hope everyone else had a great weekend and I will bark at ya'll later :)

Mommy has been lazy

So I have like had all this fun time: I went to the dog park (several times), went to play farm dog (love playing with the cousins), went to the vet (yep I am a full 80 lbs now), and even got a new cousin (that lives with us though very small not sure what to do with him yet)!!! What does mommy do? She doesn't leave me in charge of the computer so I can't blog about it. I am a growing dog after all and she doesn't understand my needs. Never fear, I have managed to find my place back on the web and there is nothing she can do about it...LOL :) Nah, I asked first and she let me blog! It has been a crazy summer but a fun one. I am glad to see the weather change. This is my first fall and I have to say it makes me frisky. Mom loves it because I almost sleep all the way through the night :) Dog park has been way more fun now that I have made some doggie friends that I get to see every weekend. I get to play, run, play, run, play, run. What more could you ask for? I hope everyone had a fun summer too :)

Acting Silly

So today my Aunt Carrie said I was acting silly but really all I was doing was trying to get the best possible angle on my chew stick. See, it was in a few different pieces so to begin with I had options. Then, I was having to flip over on my back and then over to my paws and then throw it in the air and I am sure the uninformed humans, it looked silly. I , however, was having a blast. Then I quit playing with that because they turned on the "fake" fireplace...that thing makes noise...so of course I had to check it out. It was cracking them up but I was just trying to get the bottom of what was going on. I am very inquisitive by nature :) So when your humans think you are acting silly just remember that they are uninformed in the minds of dogs!!!

Tonk's Weekend :)

Tonks got to go to the dog park 3 times this weekend. I have never seen a happier dog. She really gets out there and runs off all her energies. I wish some of the pictures from this morning had turned out because it was cute to watch her with the other dogs. When we took her back this afternoon, we were the only ones there because it was about to storm. Pugs didn't go this morning but she went the other two times. She likes just getting to walk around and do as she pleases...without anyone bugging her. It was a ton a fun.

Suggestions: bring a cooler if you have a big dog (just one of those little igloo ones), fill it with ice your dog will appreciate it; bring a towel, to wipe off the muddy feet and slobber; carry as little as possible because the dogs get excited: and finally have fun!!! This is a great way to let your dog be a dog and wear themselves out :)

What a weekend...

WOWZER!! What a weekend we had.....all of us are very tired so we are going to cross-post this diary entry. We are so tired that we are going to make mommy type for us but don't worry we are telling her exactly what to say.

As you know Saturday morning we went to the dog park real early in the morning because it is to hot to go later in the afternoon. We thought that was were the fun was going to end but noooooooooo. We got back took a quick nap (we were exhausted) and then it was off to petsmart for some chew toys and toothpaste. I got signed up for school and got a new leash :) Mommy says that after we go to school, that I will be a canine good citizen. I like getting fun things so she promises me something really good if I am a good student. Then it was back to the house and another quick nap while mommy and aunt carrie cut up veggies for the BBQ. I thought we would have to stay at home but nope mommy loaded us all up and we went to the BBQ. We were so tired by the time that we got home that night that we just crashed out.

Yesterday wasn't as exciting...Pugit got a little bit sick, think she was overheated from the day before, so mommy babied her all day long. She was feeling much better by this morning and was back to eating/drinking normally. I tried my hardest to help out and not pick on her, I think I did a good job. I think it was a good weekend and can't wait to see what next weekend has in store :)

I am sooooooooooo dog tail waggin' happy. Mom took me to the dog park for the first time today and I had so much fun!!! It was hard to see Pugita go into a seperate section of the park but once I saw all the other big dogs I was in hog heaven. I got to play with a boxer, 3 great danes, some other mutts, and very playful big poodle. I made all kinds of new friends and I can't wait to go back!!! We went early enough that it was not all that hot yet so it was all the more fun. I even got drink out of someone else's dog bowl......and play with a tennis ball (mom seems to think I should have brought it back to her to throw..but I liked making her come get it)....and I got to jump in and out of the car!!! I am so exhausted now!!!

I was a farm dog!!!

I was a farm dog this weekend and it was so much fun!!! My mom had to work all weekend, so she sent me to the grandparents. They have two Pyreness and a Boxer...I am bigger than all of them !!! I got stuck behind the BBQ pit twice because I was sure that it was the coolest place for me to hang out. I played and frolicked with the big dogs and when I got home on Sunday night, I crashed for about 12 hours. I was really really tired.

Mom said she missed me and I missed her too. I converted right back into a house dog but I had fun vacationing at the farm :)

Mommy was sad--so I was cute...

Mommy was so sad last night (you know darn boy troubles...glad I don't have to deal with that) so I decided to be the cutest dog I could be....which by the way is pretty darn cute. I kept trying to hold her hand and then when she laid down...I stretched all the way out next to her and wouldn't let her move. It was kind of fun!!! She was in a much better mood this morning so I thought I would try again to be really cute.....I tried to get in the shower (which is really small), then I decided to help her dry her hair (I actually bark at the hairdryer and act like I am in a super model), and then I drug her clothes off the bed and we played hide and seek. It was a fun morning but she was late for work!!!

It was a fun couple of days....
