Arrival Story:
My parents took us kids to my Mema's house and left us there on Thanksgiving. They came back later with a tiny puppy that they had got from a friend of theirs. He was an awesome dog. They told us that he was 5 weeks old. We found out later that he was only 3 weeks old when we got him. He has sarcoptic mange really bad and we did not know what it was that he had. We got him all better. He was a healthy dog from then on.
Bio:
We had Rebel for 5 years. He went to the beach with us every weekend. He moved with us up to Dunnellon in December of 1993. He liked living in the country. We were bad owners and did not get him neutered like we should have. I was a kid and didn't know anything about fixing dogs. He was picked up by animal control once. He use to walk us kids to the bus stop everyday. He was an awesome dog. He was the first dog that we had. I really miss him. We went to our uncle's wedding in June of 1995. Someone went off the road on purpose and hit him with the car. He did not make it. We were devastated. We really miss him.

Rebel went over the Rainbow Bridge in June of 1995. He is greatly missed. He protected us kids from intruders and stuck by us when we needed him. I really miss him. He was an awesome dog.
