Arrival Story:
I walked over to the shelter one day because I was attending a function that happened to be right next to the animal shelter. I'm SO bad for wanting to take every dog in there home! But I had no intention of adopting ANY dogs at the time. I seen this beautiful puppy that I picked up to hold. I noticed he was sick. He was struggling to breath, he was coughing, and seemed so sad. I asked the shelter did they know he was sick and weren't they going to give him medicine or take him to vet. They stated "no, they couldn't do that until someone adopted him" (This shelter was very poor). I left sad, drove down the road two miles, turned around & went back adopted him! He's been a great dog!
