Arrival Story:
Charlie loves his kitties, but they don't love him back quite as much. He needed a doggie pal, so along came Chester. Chester's parents were quite small, so he will probably always be smaller than Charlie.

Bio:
The flea related nicknames come from the fact that he sproings and bounces like one. If you stare at him for awhile, he will launch himself in the air towards your face. Ideally he would like to reach your nose, so he can nibble and lick it. However, getting his nose in your eyeball is acceptable also.
