Playing fetch and killing possums
Possums in her yard
I had placed a puppy on hold at the pound. When the day came for her to be available I went to the cage and sitting next to the puppy was this wide eyed Aussie. She was covered in grease and so afraid I just had to take her home.
Shira is in advanced obedience training, has her RE and CGC and is working on her CD title. She loves to keep her yard free of unwanted critters.
Her sister Maggie says: "Shira's hearing is very good and she alerts the house when something is amok. She's a very good team member." Her sister Roxie says: "Shira is a very good runner, she's as good at chasing as she is at being chased. She also does a really good sneaky pounce on my head!"
