Finally the time came and we knew we had to have a mini dachshund. We went to a recommended Breeder in Bellevue and pulled up to a yard full of yipping puppies. How were we ever going to pick? Once we got inside it was overwhelming. The breeder brought over the newest batch of pups. There amongst all the frisky puppies was a shy, runt of the litter. We picked her up and held her, while all the others begged for our attention. We felt the bridge of her nose had a little cowlick/mini Mohawk. That was it! We knew...we were just looking for something to really stand out. We brought he home that night. She was such a sweetie but so shy at first. She was even scarred of her own shadow. Eight years later she has no idea she's even a dog. There is nothing she is afraid of but the vacuum cleaner. She needs to wear a sign that says "Big Dogs Beware, Size Is Nothing!" Bio: Sadie is a very dainty City Slicker! She is named after the Beatles song "Sexy Sadie". I've Been On Dogster Since:
