Frank is a retired racer. He came from a track in Connecticut. I had him at home as a foster dog, and we just decided to keep him. His racing name was "Frank the Joker."

Bio:
Sweet Frank had to be put down on September 16, 2004. He had multiple cancers attacking his body. We miss him & his funny smile a lot.
