Arrival Story:
went to the pound, came around the corner & saw those lips smushed into the chain link - knew right then he was comin home with us.

Bio:
On March 23, 2007 Sampson crossed over the rainbow bridge & went to a place where he can rest & be at peace. In the end he suffered from Degenerative Myleopathy which caused him to become imobile from the waist down. He fought very hard & never gave in to the disease. One day he told me he was just very tired & might need to rest for good. We knew it was time to give him some peace. Sampson had been thru a lot and gotten over many issues, only to become the sweetest most spoiled dog in the world (along with his brother kobi). oh yah, and was HILARIOUS! the neighbors would come out to watch him play b/c was such a nut. He loved to chase the wheelbarrow & would spend hours barking & attacking the rake. It would take me 10 times longer than normal to rake up leaves when he was around, but I would laugh so hard my stomach would hurt. I will miss all the fun things we did together like wrestle, dance, chase each other around the yard and take long cuddly naps on the floor. ********************************** **************************** I will miss you Sampson & you always have a special place in my heart. Thanks for being such a great dog!
