"Crikeys mate!" Steve would say,
Making people smile, everyday.
Wrestlin' crocs, wranglin' snakes,
Swimming with gators, in the lakes.
He feared nothing, not even death,
Right up till his very last breath.
What must have been his final thought?
Was it agony? Did he feel distraught?
I can't even image the pain in his face,
Leaving his family without a final embrace.
My heart goes out to each and every one,
For what they'll surely miss most was the fun.
I hardly ever missed one of his shows,
Always wearing his cool khaki clothes.
Rescuing kangaroos or grumpy crocs,
Or finding those lizards under big rocks.
Always in Australia will you lie in wait,
For Terri, Robert and Bindy at Heaven's gate.
Surely God's blessed you with angel's wings,
And made you keeper of all living things.
For all crocs go to Heaven, it's got to be true!
For why did he take you, if he didn't need you?
The world lost a hero, a very dear friend,

Here are 7 fun facts about me, Lady Chewee Bear:
1) I love barking at helicopters in the sky. I will go from one end of our backyard to the other just to "chase" them.
2) I also love barking & chasing the stunt kites that mommy & daddy have.
3) I will only play with my mommy.
4) I have a human brother & twin human sisters. And I love when they feed me!! When they don't offer me food, I will snatch it right out of their hands!
5) I don't eat generic brand treats. Yuck! Name-brands all the way and Pupperoni are my favorite!!
6) I love to swim but I get really itchy afterwards so I don't get to swim all that often anymore :(
7) Mommy has our food & water dish out in the breakfast nook but I prefer to eat on carpet so I will carry one dogfood morsel at a time from the breakfast nook to the living room carpet. It takes me FOREVER to eat!
