Arrival Story:
Nuntuck and his sister were in the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Northern California program (www.GPRNC.org). We currently have two other pyrs that are both about 5 years old. We rescued them from the GPRNC when they were about 2 years old. We finally decided to adopt another pyr, but this time we wanted to try a puppy... I laugh because when he was 10 months old, he weighed in at about 110 lbs.

Bio:
Tucker is great pup with a heart that is almost bigger than he is. Tucker will always follow the lead of either Kerbi or Alli... and sometimes that's not always to best thing to do. For a pyr he doesn't bark at all, except at one of our cats. The joke when he was younger was that eventually the rest of his body will grow to catch up to the size of his nose. At the end of 2007, Tucker has passed the Delta Society Evaluation and is now a certified therapy dog. Currently Tucker is working as a volunteer at one of the local children's hospitals where he is a hit with patients, family, and staff!
