He loves, long walks, especially at Venice Beach. He's a snuggle bunny and likes to sit on me or next to me. Loves running up and downstairs and gets a big grin and dashes around in circles when he reaches the top or bottom. He is a high jumper too.
Pet-Peeves:
He hates anyone especially men coming toward him with something in their hand. He chases his cat, but runs away from others. Doesn't like to eat or drink in public. "Don't touch my tail"
Favorite Toy:
Anything fuzzy. His mouth is small and he grabs with his teeth. he likes tennis balls and those fake sheepskin toys.
Favorite Food:
Anything his mom is eating, even soy dogs. He's especailly fond of chopped liver (everyone groan)
Favorite Walk:
Favorite walk is Venice Beach or the boat channel lin Marina Del Rey
Best Tricks:
His high jump. He loves to leap into the air for a treat or jump onto something when I say "up".At the open command, he opens doors and gates, luckily they all open inward. Will do anything for beef jerky treats
Arrival Story:
My dear dog Raisin died suddenly of a heart attack after 11 wonderful years I was heartbroken. My sister came for a visit and we went to the local shelter so I could get a new friend. We saw this scared sweet little guy on a pile of blankets. I needed a small dog, because I live in a small house. He was very scared but let me hold him. He curled right up into my arms. My sister said, "He needs you and you need him." She was right. I sure did need my little dog. I think he is really a dog angel sent to rescue me, but then all dogs are angels.
Bio:
Ted hasn't realized that he is a different species from me. He thinks he can do everything I can. He curls up with me at night and sits on my legs when I read, so I won't leave. I think he's tryng to learn to drive, since he gets right in behind the steering wheel.
