Birthday: July 8th 2003 Likes: Food of any kind and Dog Toys Pet-Peeves: Not being able to BEG at the dinner table. Favorite Toy: Any toy that Laddie has in her mouth. Favorite Food: All food is good, but I LOVE Canidae. Favorite Walk: Dog Park! Best Tricks: Turning on "the Cute." Arrival Story: A staff member of the Triple Crown K9 Academy in Hutto, TX found me wondering around on their property and took me to the Humane Society of Williamson County. I'm not sure why I was left at the academy...maybe my family couldn't keep me anymore.
After only a few days at the Humane Society, this nice man got me out of my pen and gave me a long walk and some love. He did this several times until one day, he took me home with him to meet his other dogs. I was so happy to be going to a new home with my new Dad!
I wasn't in the best health....life without medical attention and in a kennel had taken it's toll. I had a bad upper respiratory infection and needed to be neutered. My new Dad made sure that all of my needs were met...medical and emotional, for I had all of the love a pup could ever want!
After staying with my new Dad for three weeks, he took me to El Paso, where I met my new permanent family. They, too, had a weimaraner and loads of love to give!!!
I now call Phoenix my home. I can only hope that other kennel dogs find that true love, as I did with my families in Texas and Arizona! I've Been On Dogster Since:
Today is my first day on Dogster and I have received such a warm welcome from all of the Dogster Pups!
So much has happened to me over the past month and a half. I've had new people and pups come into my life, making it complete.
I will be forever grateful for the people who rescued me, beginning with the nice people at the Triple Crown K9 Academy who found me wondering around, my first adopted Dad in Texas and all of his pup family, and to my new Mom and Dad who is giving me a good home in Phoenix.
I'm also loving my new sister, Laddie...although she needs to chill out when I want to join her on Mom and Dad's bed.
