Fatty poms

Fomfomfom weighed me today and she told everyone that I put on 300g. Then everyone started calling me a fatty poms and Fomfomfom rationed my supper.

I hate them.

The egg

Cha asked me why I didn't write down in my diary that I found a little egg on ah ma's balcony two days ago. Ok, here goes.

It was a little blue bird's egg. We flipped it over and saw that it had a hole in it. I suppose the little birdie hatched and flew off. Dunno.

I didn't know eggs can be blue.

So sad

Ah ma decided to wash me and my possessions today. She washed all my towels, the pillowcase and even my sheepskin rugs. The rugs are still hung outside at press time.

I'm deeply unhappy.

Cheap thrill

Fomfomfom and ah bee went shopping today. I got kangaroo cubes, which were alright I guess, and they each got a pair of $15 court shoes. That's coz they'd decided they're going to play badminton tomorrow and they have no shoes. They were so thrilled about it they even changed all the grips on their rackets tonight.

I wanna see how long this badminton thing can last.

Heart wrenching

We read that a dog in the states was locked in the kennel for 6 weeks after its owners moved away and was left with only a limited supply of water. To survive, it ate its own tail.

And then we saw a photo of a three month old pygmy elephant trying to wake its dead mother who, together with a dozen other elephants, is suspected to have been poisoned.

We hate people.

Them flowers

Ah ma and ah bee went to the market and came back with many pots of flowers. It must be nearing Chinese new year.

I like Chinese new year. I get things to eat.

Blood tests

Fomfomfom and Ah bee decided to put their new diet to a test so they went and got their cholesterol levels checked. Apparently Fomfomfom's cholesterol level is so low it's not even within the desireable range; it's in optimal zone. That's kind of impressive. Ah bee's borderline desirable/optimal.

Maybe there is something to this new diet of theirs.

It'd be my turn next week and that'd determine if I get my own shabu pot come chinese new year.

Maybe

Ah bee asked me if I'll be waking up early tomorrow coz she'll be going out early for golf. So she can say good morning and goodbye to me. I told her, maybe.

She queried if there's a deeper zen meaning to that one mysterious word I uttered. I just told her, don't let it keep u up tonight.

Om.

New year binge

It's not Chinese new year for another week but the bingeing has started. They are complaining about getting fat but they're still eating.

I say it isn't fair; I want to start celebrating Chinese new year too but they say I got to wait till my blood test on Wednesday.

Rats.

Ah bee my defender

I was just napping after my evening walk. Ah ma suddenly asked ah bee if I'm getting fat. She said she can't see my ribs anymore. Fomfomfom and Cha immediately, a bit too enthusiastically, agreed. I mean, who was asking them? Only ah bee tried to defend me. Quite weakly.

Coz later, fomfomfom tried to starve me of my supper by not letting me eat till I was satisfied. Ah bee gave me extra tidbits to make up for it.

I hate them.
