Renewed

Today I renewed 2 acquaintances. That doggone thing, we learnt her name is chanel. How lovely. Fomfomfom decided we should get to know each other calmly before chanel eats me up one fine day, so we were brought together twitching and struggling and screaming. Then we were calm and chanel refused to look at me. At least she didn't seem like she wanted to eat me up anymore. Not today anyway.

The 2nd acquaintance is a little more heartbreaking. There's this girl, I thought she was about 10 years old, sometimes we would see her mother bringing her for a walk around the estate, slowly, holding her. I'm not a doctor, but I'm thinking maybe it's cerebral palsy. Today we saw her again, and I hung around till she reached me so I could say hi. Her mummy(?) says she likes doggies but she's scared. I told her she doesn't have to be scared of me, i won't bite. Fomfomfom asked how old she is and her mummy said she's 17. We were almost floored but we kept our expressions unchanged and wished them a nice day.

Later, we tried not to weep.

Mystery

Cha found poop on my behind after our morning walk and conferred with fomfomfom. That was when they realised I hadn't pooped for 4 sessions straight, all yesterday and this morning. They were baffled as to where the poo came from.

That's for me to know and them to find out.

That doggone face

The doggone face that's always hanging out of the 2nd floor unit. Today she was naughty and ran out without her owner's permission. She had just gone home so we were surprised. Suddenly, fomfomfom saw her standing right in front of us. Since I always bark at her, fomfomfom was afraid she would take the chance and eat me up. In a Matrix-worthy sequence, fomfomfom lifted me up in 1 second using my leash and turned her back to the doggone thing, with me safely in her arms.

The doggone thing didn't pounce on fomfomfom as expected though. I know why. Coz her mama was cursing and swearing and her voice came floating down the staircase where the doggone thing had used to escape. She must have been shivering in her doggone panties.

When pissed-off mama caught up, she scolded her all the way up and then some. Giggles, she totally deserves it. My armpits are still hurtin'.
