I've Been Rescued

My Trip to vet

I had to take an unexpected visit to the dogtor last week and let me tell you it was no FUN! Mom got scared because the night before I would not eat, drink or even get up to walk across the room so she called the dogtor and he told her it sounded like a back injury and for me to come in first thing in the morning. WELL if he already knew what the problem was why did he do all them tests on me??? Daddy went with us and he said the dogtor violated me!!
He checked my prostate and kidneys and all those other good parts and said all was working good! I could have told him that without him sticking his finger up my BUTT!! Gosh I will NEVER EVER go back to that dogtor again.. You hear that mom??? I am putting my paw down! The good side of this visit was the medicine he gave me is SUPER DUPER! I feel like a new pup bouncing around! .. He says I somehow injured my lumbar in my back and my right hip . Mom says I need to take my time when coming down off the couch so this will not happen again .. Yes mom I pawmise!

I would like to say thanks to all my very special dogster pals who lit candles, said prayers, sent pup mails, sent rosettes and everything else . Mom was beside herself with worry! Oh yeah, thank you to my brothers and little sister who let me have some extra special one on one time with mommy & daddy. It was GREAT!!

A Day In The Life of Harley

My life is pretty dog gone good! In November I went to the Gulf with my mom and dad and the rest of us! It was great! We relaxed and walked on the beach and had a wonderful time.
Thanksgiving was not really a big deal for us. My mom usually has to work on T-Day so it was not a festive day for us ..
Life has been normal except for mall the shopping my mom has been doing!

Whew! She has so much stuff crammed in her closet you can barely get in there! Wonder if anything in there is for me??
I can not wait for Christmas! Whew ! Mom says Santa Paws is coming cause
I have been a good boy!
Mom put up the tree and Zoe is sleeping under it ! Well it is her first Christamas so I guess we will let her slide this year! Next year she will have behave herself!
Well that is all that is happening in my life! pretty dull, huh?

Going to the Gulf

In the morning we are leaving to go to the gulf ! I never got to go with my other family when they went on trips . They always put me in a kennel while they were gone! So this is such big fun for me! I have been to the Island once before with my forever family and it was so peaceful and relaxing . I am soo looking forward to cuddling up with mommy or daddy and listening to the waves ...
