I've been licking my left paw for the past week and my guardian FINALLY took me to the vet. Turned out to be a foxtail that almost punctured my paw. My guardian should know better and keep me away from foxtail areas...especially since it's foxtail season! I put on a little weight. I'm now 108 lbs, but the doc said I look just fine :) The doc also said my guardian did a really good job with me because of my good manners. Recently, I've been noticing strange people near my home. First, this elderly man was walking funny and moving slow so I just had to give him a piece of my mind. Also, this guy on crutches spooked me, so I had to spook him back. I wish I had more pooch friends near home. All of the dogs near my home are either afraid of me or they growl at me :( I use to have a little Yorkie friend that didn't mind me too much, but now he just ignores me *sigh*. What's a Giant Schnauzer to do...

All by my lonesome self...

My guardian is leaving for a long vacation soon and I'll be staying with my good friends at Happy Hound doggie daycare. It'll be the longest time that my guardian and I will be apart :( I get to romp with my canine buddies all day long but I'll really miss home at night :(

Thanks to Dr. Schwach, I'm recovering just fine from ACL surgery and expect to be at 100% by mid March. I can't wait to romp with my doggie pals at daycare and wrestle with my buds at the dog park.
