Arrival Story:
Midnight belonged to a former nieghbor who left him out most of the time. He sort of adopted US. He came in the house at night, and I'd sneak him out in the morning for the longest time. He loved going for rides, but hated people arguing. Loved chasing balls, sticks, empty bottles - anything you could throw. Eventually when I moved, I took him with me - the previous owner gave up on him and got another dog. He went with me to visit the elderly. He was the most gentle soul you'll ever know. He lived to be about 15, and it was the hardest thing to let him go! But he deserved to be at peace over the rainbow bridge where he can chase balls and sticks all day and never get tired.

Bio:
He was the perfect dog, never chased anything unless you threw it for him to fetch. Stayed in the yard except to walk the kids to the bus, and everyone on the street knew his name before they knew mine! He was calm and affectionate, loving and kind. I taught him hand signals at the age of 7 or 8 - who SAYS you can't teach an old dog new tricks? He was the perfect dog in every way. I wish Brielle could have know him longer. He taught her to wake me to go out, and bark once means I wanna come in!
