Wilbur came to us via Sacramento where he was a rescue pitty off of I-80. When we saw his picture on the internet for pit rescue we immediately fell in love. We drove up from San Francisco to meet Wilbur & his foster mom, Megan. Megan is a wonderful foster mom for pitbulls as well as having 3 of her own rescue dogs. Though we felt bad taking him from a home that loved him as much as Megan's household did, we knew our family would welcome him with open arms and we are truly blessed to have such a loving creature in our home. We look forward to many years together filled with love and appreciation for Wilbur. Now, if only he and the cat got along!
