Love and attention. Also, the effect she had on the two male pups she lived with, Cody, a Boston Terrier and Rocky, a Pit Bull Mix. No matter how rowdy the boys got, all she had to do was swish her tail across their faces and they'd go belly-up!

She was on constant alert for squirrels on wires or in trees near her window.

Her stuffed bunny.

Arrival Story:
A wonderful family performed a very unselfish act and gave her to us because she just didn't fit in with their family and was unhappy in their home (she left lots of gifts on their valuable oriental carpet till they got the message). They had a male Shih Tzu before her and got another male after her. Later, our families became best friends and now we consider each other family.
Bio:
A year before she passed away, Suzi had Lyme Disease. After treatment with antibiotics, her tests were normal and she seemed to be completely recovered. Unfortunately, it might have damaged one or more of her organs, because her death was caused by her organs shutting down and tests showed no cause for that to happen.
