She passed away several years ago and when it was my dad's birthday, we decided to get him a puppy. My friend's dog just had pups, and even though he wasn't pure bred, I couldn't pass him up! Bio: Last month, October 2008, Rocky ran out in front of a truck while trying to greet a lady who was walking back our road. He survived the trip to the emergency clinic, but the damage was just too severe. Rocky would never get to walk again, so we made the decision to let him go humanely.
