getting out more

We went on a walk today for like almost 2 hours. I have to admit I kind of got a little tired and hot and I guess I need to get out more. The highlight was the fountain at the Aboretum. I dragged her into it and laid in it. It was a kick butt fountain pool. It's smaller, cleaner, and best of all, COLDER than the one at Pasadena City College. I stayed cool all night long because of that pool.

An egg and some strawberry yogurt

Life is good. I got some egg... raw and cooked. Plus, a bit of strawberry yogurt.

little girls upstairs

great news. the two new little girls upstairs like to throw food at me. it reaffirms my theory that small humans like to feed and pet me. they are also easy to lick in the face and smell. i like these little people.

dog biscuits and cats

TWO dog biscuits and spotted 4 cats at dana and jodie's house. life is very good.

the tile in the bedroom vs. the bathroom

i think i like the tile in the bathroom more. it's darker in there and farther away from the blasted window. it feels even quieter and colder in the bathroom. AND, if judy just won't go to sleep, i can go in there and lie on the bath mat. i don't understand why that crazy woman goes to bed so late.

haircut

Today was full of twists and turns. We got into the car, which *usually* means some cool park or Bo's house where there is a POOL. But, I got brought to one of those freaky place with animals everywhere. It's so dangerous, why the heck does she bring me to these places! Then, she LEFT me for a while. Talk about freaky. Strange people talked to me and offered me dog biscuits. WHATever! Then these strangers started brushing and washing me which was kind of weird because only Judy ever washes me. I got a haircut. I was very upset, but i have to admit that things turned out for the better in the end as this heat wave has certainly improved since. The fan that blows on Judy's bed can only do so much. And, the ceramic tiles feel even BETTER now.

Swimming and a chicken

Today was an amazing day. We went to Bo's house and went swimming in the pool. Better yet, while Judy and the other humans were swimming, I snuck a whole chicken off the patio table. I can't believe how good humans eat.

sleep and food

i had alot of water today. i really needed it. i ate alot too. i had a place to run around. the girl played with me and ran around with me. i tried to stay close to her. whoever she is, she's very nice and gentle to me and i hope she doesn't disappear like the other people i lived with before.
