ability to squeeze into tiny spaces and hide, discreetly stealing food, catching flying food, running away but finding her way home, untangling her own leash, understanding me
Arrival Story:
she was a birthday present from my sister and her then boyfriend... an adopted adult dog from the orange county animal shelter in california. she was very thin, hungry and dehydrated 60 pounds then. now she is a generous, fully-hydrated 85 pounds.
Bio:
abused and possibly malnourished before adopted at the shelter. has gotten much more socialized with people and other dogs. much less fearful now and more calm and friendly.

We went on a walk today for like almost 2 hours. I have to admit I kind of got a little tired and hot and I guess I need to get out more. The highlight was the fountain at the Aboretum. I dragged her into it and laid in it. It was a kick butt fountain pool. It's smaller, cleaner, and best of all, COLDER than the one at Pasadena City College. I stayed cool all night long because of that pool.

great news. the two new little girls upstairs like to throw food at me. it reaffirms my theory that small humans like to feed and pet me. they are also easy to lick in the face and smell. i like these little people.
