October 15th: Best Day EVER! (My b-day!)

Hey dudes,
Long time no bark. Well since last time I barked my owners sadly got divorced and I went to live with my girl human with Shadow and one of the cats (the kiddos come on the weekends). Me the furless, and Shadow have lived in the new house for a few months now and I love it. It is only about 10 minutes or so away from old house. Plus it has a biiiiig backyard with a large fence so I don't well um get myself killed tehehehe. Okay anywho my 3rd barkday in Wednesday! Arooo rooo!! I cannot wait. Treats, naughtieness quickly forgiven, TOYS, and I get to see mama! I have only saw her twice since I moved :( She even gets to take me on a walk. Roo roo.

Boundaries

Yesterday mom found out some news that made her more than happy.It was from my "Dad Clark" he has finally decided to step up more. Set "boundaries" as he says.They are going to put in a electric fence which made mom just sigh a huge breath of relief.No more getting scared of me running away,or having to chase after me on Tuesday morning as I speed down the raod after the trash man, or of course have to rinxe out my eyes in the freezing weather with the hose because the mail man squirted me with pepper spray!And also they will be getting a dogtrainer/behaviorist to help with my ummmm "dark side deeds" & Clark said that he will not be the only one!All five kids MUST step up if they won't to keep their beloved Lucas trouble maker.Im not sure what to think of all this stuff.But If it means staying with my family I am A-OKAY!

I have some very sad news today. Well I guess I should begin here..................
yesterday was one of "my human kid's" birthday. It was Chandler's B-day! She turned 13 yesterday and had a party with her friends at the local park. See Chandler LOVED cats, she still really loves cats but now she is more interested in boys (BOL). See I have three kitty siblings. Before I came into the picture there was Valentine & Clemintine, they are blood sisters & their mom was a stray and a friend of the family helped take care of the kittens until they were old enough to go to a home. When they were just a couple weeks old the family fell in love with both of the sweet little calicos.That was five years ago, since then I have come into the picture and not soon after I did another kitty came into the picture named Baby and lazy sweetheart tuxedo cat.Valley & Clem are spend a good amount of time outside, but when they are inside we get along.....somewhat. Somtimes I will let them sleep next to me other times I enjoy getting on their nerves and chasing them around the house a few times.Well last night Chandler and her friends were running around & having fun outside, girls just being girls! Hehehe. But they didn't know that Valley was following them--which she tends to do, because she was always in search of a good snuggle-- they ran up to the big red Stop sign at the top of our culd-e-sac, Valentine did also. The cat soon spotted somthing that cought her attention spand so she began to cross the VERY busy street. Chandler only had a few seconds to turn around and barely shout out a single word, when she saw her beloved cat get hit by a car. The car zoomed off not willing to stop to even offer help for thos teen's adored cat. Chandler --who could barely walk-- stumbled over to her sweet cat who lay motionless by the stop sign. They looked for any signs of life....none. The girls sprinted down to the house all with tears trailing down their cheeks and informed each family member of the sorrow filled news. Sadness filled the room. Boy was I busy thta night! Of course first I had to comfort Chan and give her extra kisses & snuggles, then everyone else who was heartbroken. It didn't sink in for me until this morning, when I normally have my morning chase & bark with Val. I waited for my kitty sister to pass by so we could have our odd fun, but she never showed. Me, Clemy, and Baby looked for her around the house but couldn't find a thing. I even tried to find her sent in the yard. I smelled kitty, but saw no kitty.
Well I have to go Chandler is crying again and nothing cheers her up more than a big goof ball sitting in her lap and licking away the tears!

Sammi? DOTW!......Berry Bubba? DOTD!?

Yesterday I was not able to make it on dogster. So mom has about 20 minutes this morning and she logs on and finds my beloved girlfriend Sammi as DOTW and then her brother (a goof pal of mine also) Berry Bubba is Dog of the day! Oh my dog! Dogster you are pawsome! I hail you almighty HQ! hehehehehe.
I am so proud of Canadian Bacon Turdburgler *sniffle* and My muskrat flinger Bubba. You make me this wild dog so proud!
Bark later gotta got shower my special woofers with lots of love on the special day!

Busted!

The other day mom was saying how proud of me she was for not chasing the garbage truck/UPS man/Mail man (ect.), jumping fences, and just plain not getting into trouble. Well that good streak ended yesterday. Mom came home and let the other pooches outside (Murph + Josh) mom looked over into the yard behind us and saw a yellow-ish dog trotting in the backyard.She thought it was one of their dogs, a little old female golden mix name Achoo. But she looked closer and saw it was me! She was not happy, she stepped outside in her stocking feet yelling and trying to caox me, but after 3 minutes found it was not succesful and ran inside to grab some shoes.She ran outside I was standing at the end of that fence, knowing I will be in big trouble.But she saw one of my skin brothers run across the yard and my mommy Ellen standing on the other side of the fence. It turns out that I had been gone for a little bit they were worried like crazy, searching every were. Then they herd "god-mama" (aka just mom) abby yelling my name and then saw me in Achoo's yard. See I have to jump my fence go into Murphy & Josh's yard, then jump another fence and go into Achoo's yard (they live behind Murphy + Josh). "My" boy braedan hopped the fence and pushed me over, I ran around licking and jumping everybody like: "WOOOT! I am free! Hey whats everybody here for? Party? Baroooooooooooooo!" But for some odd reason I got in trouble!? Mom says I about gave her a heartattack, because all it takes is one more fence jump and I could run away and only in mom's nightmares has she seen that fate.And she hopes thats the only time.**sigh** It is so hard to be naughty these days ya know................

Some Hard Times

Luke's "Mom" Here. I am very worried about Luke and His human family, I cannot share all of the details those for personal reasons. His owner's (His Mom & Dad, I am more like Luke's God-Mom) are going through some hard times in thier relationship. They have been together for a while and for some reason all of a suden they are just not "clicking". They have 2 dogs (Including my beloved Luke), 3 cats and 5 chidlren (The oldest being a 14 yr old and the youngest starting Kindergarten this school year, so she is about five I think) They are getting help and I hope and pray they do not split up! This news shocked me when I found out, I knew they were going through a bit of some hard times but I thought they were doing great. I know they share a love for a each other very much and I hope this is just a faze and they get over it.For I will be crying for weeks if they don't.These people are almost like family too me, they even live next door to me! If they split up it will be a huge,huge heartbreaker for thier 5 children, and there is about a 98% chance that they will move if this happens. And yes one of the major reasons I will be sad is, I will probably never see my Beloved and adored Luke if they move, they might take them with them but there is also a good chance if they move they will get rid of him. I am crying my heart out just thinking of all this sorrow filled things!I know this sounds like a silly thing to pray for, but I cannot even say in words how much it would mean to me if you could please pray for Luke and his family and that non of this sorrow things happen! Thank you oh so much. Okay now I am off to go see my boy because I am crying my eyes out, and right now his loving face is the only thing to mend my ripping heart........

I got my woofmas presents from my mommy a day early!!

Today I was sniffing around in the front yard checking out the snow (even though I was supposed to be in the backyard) when I saw the hooman Girls Gracie & Ellery and my Mommy Abby coming over to "my" house. I wiggled my little butt over to her and then I relized she was holding a blue bag with a snow man on it and blue tissue paper sticking out the top of the bag. I greeted mom then sniffed sniffed the bag then she tried to take a photo of me with the bag. Which didn't work, BOL. I then pawed at the bag and finally I stalked them inside the house. Some of the humans greeted Mama Abby and then she spoke human words but I didn't listen I was fixed on the bag still batting at it every 2 minutes. After a little bit the humans set the bag of the floor and mom took out her camera. I sniffed the bag then looked up at mom thinking this may be a trap. But then I smelled...TREATS! So I pulled the first floof of tissue paper and laid it on the floor then pulled out the second floof and Out came a stuffie! It was a red doxie stuffie, kind of like a Bobo (Loofa dog) toy, but it had rope around it's tummy so as mum said "It will be harder for me to chew up within 5 minutes." (BOL). I completely adored the stuffie at first sight! Showing it off running around the house and wagging my butt a thousand miles per minute. I was so happy with my new stuffie (Which I named ROXIE DOXIE! After my tasty doxie pal! BOL) I didn't even check the bag for anything else. There was a bag of christmas treats at the bottom of the bag! It was the same kind of treats Murphy got from his pal Tillie (Mom saw How much they liked them so she went out and bought me some) The treats are for both me and my lab mix "brother" Shadow who likes treats much more then toys. I chomped on a few treats (Not letting Roxie out of my sight!) and then went back to showing off my new toy. Mom played tug wiht me for a bit and took a few photos. You can see the photos on my page if you would like. And I herd the humans whispering about what they might by me and I know Santa Paws will probably get me a new bed or somthing pawsome like that!
Well time to spend some time with Roxie The Red Doxie!

Snow Snow Snow. Digger Digger Digger.

I almost forgot to tell you I was Diggers pal of the day a few days ago! Thank you digger. Snow snow snow. TOO MUCH! I am snugging any place i can and i don't wana go outside I thought the hoomans would understand when i did my "duty" In the house because i was cold outside but no they yelled at me and put me outside for 5 minutes! But i do kinda like the snow I will do my zoomies and find some pretty cool stuff in the white mounds!

In the afternoon today mom was suprised,happy, and upset when she saw my running around our culd-e-sac. (the kids didn't have school today because it was very very close to being a ice storm last night! lots of ice!)
So mom (in her socks) stumbled out the front door almost falling on her face! BOL.But she didn't see me, she saw my lab mix "brother" Shadow who came trotting up to her. She put him on the backporch with his best buddy Josh while she got her shoes & a dog leash but i had trotted up to her front porch seeing old foster mummy Lori. So she strapped the leash to me and i gave her a big ol' sloppy bully kiss! And to her suprise I didn't pull her down the icy drive way.Instead I walked slowly down the drive way knowing any false move would send my long bulky legs flying in the air and leave me hurt on the cold ground. I didn't want to go inside i wnated to stay with mom! After droppping me off she gathered up Shadow and sent him in then I took a nice nap on one of the kid's beds becuase i was C.O.L.D!

My pal Digger (his link/badge is on my page go take a look!) He is a great BFFL! (best friends for life!)I read his pawsome diary today and found out since of his old age my good aussie pal is slowly going blind :( But he is always pawsitive what a great guy! I even made a pray thread for him in Plus Friendly! He saw it and his mom got all teary eyed!Digs even made a pawsome photo of him & me in our Holiday "decor" go check it out it is pawsome!
