October 15th: Best Day EVER! (My b-day!)

Hey dudes,
Long time no bark. Well since last time I barked my owners sadly got divorced and I went to live with my girl human with Shadow and one of the cats (the kiddos come on the weekends). Me the furless, and Shadow have lived in the new house for a few months now and I love it. It is only about 10 minutes or so away from old house. Plus it has a biiiiig backyard with a large fence so I don't well um get myself killed tehehehe. Okay anywho my 3rd barkday in Wednesday! Arooo rooo!! I cannot wait. Treats, naughtieness quickly forgiven, TOYS, and I get to see mama! I have only saw her twice since I moved :( She even gets to take me on a walk. Roo roo.

Boundaries

Yesterday mom found out some news that made her more than happy.It was from my "Dad Clark" he has finally decided to step up more. Set "boundaries" as he says.They are going to put in a electric fence which made mom just sigh a huge breath of relief.No more getting scared of me running away,or having to chase after me on Tuesday morning as I speed down the raod after the trash man, or of course have to rinxe out my eyes in the freezing weather with the hose because the mail man squirted me with pepper spray!And also they will be getting a dogtrainer/behaviorist to help with my ummmm "dark side deeds" & Clark said that he will not be the only one!All five kids MUST step up if they won't to keep their beloved Lucas trouble maker.Im not sure what to think of all this stuff.But If it means staying with my family I am A-OKAY!

Hi everywoof,
I have some very sad news today. Well I guess I should begin here..................
yesterday was one of "my human kid's" birthday. It was Chandler's B-day! She turned 13 yesterday and had a party with her friends at the local park. See Chandler LOVED cats, she still really loves cats but now she is more interested in boys (BOL). See I have three kitty siblings. Before I came into the picture there was Valentine & Clemintine, they are blood sisters & their mom was a stray and a friend of the family helped take care of the kittens until they were old enough to go to a home. When they were just a couple weeks old the family fell in love with both of the sweet little calicos.That was five years ago, since then I have come into the picture and not soon after I did another kitty came into the picture named Baby and lazy sweetheart tuxedo cat.Valley & Clem are spend a good amount of time outside, but when they are inside we get along.....somewhat. Somtimes I will let them sleep next to me other times I enjoy getting on their nerves and chasing them around the house a few times.Well last night Chandler and her friends were running around & having fun outside, girls just being girls! Hehehe. But they didn't know that Valley was following them--which she tends to do, because she was always in search of a good snuggle-- they ran up to the big red Stop sign at the top of our culd-e-sac, Valentine did also. The cat soon spotted somthing that cought her attention spand so she began to cross the VERY busy street. Chandler only had a few seconds to turn around and barely shout out a single word, when she saw her beloved cat get hit by a car. The car zoomed off not willing to stop to even offer help for thos teen's adored cat. Chandler --who could barely walk-- stumbled over to her sweet cat who lay motionless by the stop sign. They looked for any signs of life....none. The girls sprinted down to the house all with tears trailing down their cheeks and informed each family member of the sorrow filled news. Sadness filled the room. Boy was I busy thta night! Of course first I had to comfort Chan and give her extra kisses & snuggles, then everyone else who was heartbroken. It didn't sink in for me until this morning, when I normally have my morning chase & bark with Val. I waited for my kitty sister to pass by so we could have our odd fun, but she never showed. Me, Clemy, and Baby looked for her around the house but couldn't find a thing. I even tried to find her sent in the yard. I smelled kitty, but saw no kitty.
Well I have to go Chandler is crying again and nothing cheers her up more than a big goof ball sitting in her lap and licking away the tears!

Sammi? DOTW!......Berry Bubba? DOTD!?

Yesterday I was not able to make it on dogster. So mom has about 20 minutes this morning and she logs on and finds my beloved girlfriend Sammi as DOTW and then her brother (a goof pal of mine also) Berry Bubba is Dog of the day! Oh my dog! Dogster you are pawsome! I hail you almighty HQ! hehehehehe.
I am so proud of Canadian Bacon Turdburgler *sniffle* and My muskrat flinger Bubba. You make me this wild dog so proud!
Bark later gotta got shower my special woofers with lots of love on the special day!

Busted!

The other day mom was saying how proud of me she was for not chasing the garbage truck/UPS man/Mail man (ect.), jumping fences, and just plain not getting into trouble. Well that good streak ended yesterday. Mom came home and let the other pooches outside (Murph + Josh) mom looked over into the yard behind us and saw a yellow-ish dog trotting in the backyard.She thought it was one of their dogs, a little old female golden mix name Achoo. But she looked closer and saw it was me! She was not happy, she stepped outside in her stocking feet yelling and trying to caox me, but after 3 minutes found it was not succesful and ran inside to grab some shoes.She ran outside I was standing at the end of that fence, knowing I will be in big trouble.But she saw one of my skin brothers run across the yard and my mommy Ellen standing on the other side of the fence. It turns out that I had been gone for a little bit they were worried like crazy, searching every were. Then they herd "god-mama" (aka just mom) abby yelling my name and then saw me in Achoo's yard. See I have to jump my fence go into Murphy & Josh's yard, then jump another fence and go into Achoo's yard (they live behind Murphy + Josh). "My" boy braedan hopped the fence and pushed me over, I ran around licking and jumping everybody like: "WOOOT! I am free! Hey whats everybody here for? Party? Baroooooooooooooo!" But for some odd reason I got in trouble!? Mom says I about gave her a heartattack, because all it takes is one more fence jump and I could run away and only in mom's nightmares has she seen that fate.And she hopes thats the only time.**sigh** It is so hard to be naughty these days ya know................

Some Hard Times

Luke's "Mom" Here. I am very worried about Luke and His human family, I cannot share all of the details those for personal reasons. His owner's (His Mom & Dad, I am more like Luke's God-Mom) are going through some hard times in thier relationship. They have been together for a while and for some reason all of a suden they are just not "clicking". They have 2 dogs (Including my beloved Luke), 3 cats and 5 chidlren (The oldest being a 14 yr old and the youngest starting Kindergarten this school year, so she is about five I think) They are getting help and I hope and pray they do not split up! This news shocked me when I found out, I knew they were going through a bit of some hard times but I thought they were doing great. I know they share a love for a each other very much and I hope this is just a faze and they get over it.For I will be crying for weeks if they don't.These people are almost like family too me, they even live next door to me! If they split up it will be a huge,huge heartbreaker for thier 5 children, and there is about a 98% chance that they will move if this happens. And yes one of the major reasons I will be sad is, I will probably never see my Beloved and adored Luke if they move, they might take them with them but there is also a good chance if they move they will get rid of him. I am crying my heart out just thinking of all this sorrow filled things!I know this sounds like a silly thing to pray for, but I cannot even say in words how much it would mean to me if you could please pray for Luke and his family and that non of this sorrow things happen! Thank you oh so much. Okay now I am off to go see my boy because I am crying my eyes out, and right now his loving face is the only thing to mend my ripping heart........

I got my woofmas presents from my mommy a day early!!

Today I was sniffing around in the front yard checking out the snow (even though I was supposed to be in the backyard) when I saw the hooman Girls Gracie & Ellery and my Mommy Abby coming over to "my" house. I wiggled my little butt over to her and then I relized she was holding a blue bag with a snow man on it and blue tissue paper sticking out the top of the bag. I greeted mom then sniffed sniffed the bag then she tried to take a photo of me with the bag. Which didn't work, BOL. I then pawed at the bag and finally I stalked them inside the house. Some of the humans greeted Mama Abby and then she spoke human words but I didn't listen I was fixed on the bag still batting at it every 2 minutes. After a little bit the humans set the bag of the floor and mom took out her camera. I sniffed the bag then looked up at mom thinking this may be a trap. But then I smelled...TREATS! So I pulled the first floof of tissue paper and laid it on the floor then pulled out the second floof and Out came a stuffie! It was a red doxie stuffie, kind of like a Bobo (Loofa dog) toy, but it had rope around it's tummy so as mum said "It will be harder for me to chew up within 5 minutes." (BOL). I completely adored the stuffie at first sight! Showing it off running around the house and wagging my butt a thousand miles per minute. I was so happy with my new stuffie (Which I named ROXIE DOXIE! After my tasty doxie pal! BOL) I didn't even check the bag for anything else. There was a bag of christmas treats at the bottom of the bag! It was the same kind of treats Murphy got from his pal Tillie (Mom saw How much they liked them so she went out and bought me some) The treats are for both me and my lab mix "brother" Shadow who likes treats much more then toys. I chomped on a few treats (Not letting Roxie out of my sight!) and then went back to showing off my new toy. Mom played tug wiht me for a bit and took a few photos. You can see the photos on my page if you would like. And I herd the humans whispering about what they might by me and I know Santa Paws will probably get me a new bed or somthing pawsome like that!
Well time to spend some time with Roxie The Red Doxie!

I almost forgot to tell you I was Diggers pal of the day a few days ago! Thank you digger. Snow snow snow. TOO MUCH! I am snugging any place i can and i don't wana go outside I thought the hoomans would understand when i did my "duty" In the house because i was cold outside but no they yelled at me and put me outside for 5 minutes! But i do kinda like the snow I will do my zoomies and find some pretty cool stuff in the white mounds!

In the afternoon today mom was suprised,happy, and upset when she saw my running around our culd-e-sac. (the kids didn't have school today because it was very very close to being a ice storm last night! lots of ice!)
So mom (in her socks) stumbled out the front door almost falling on her face! BOL.But she didn't see me, she saw my lab mix "brother" Shadow who came trotting up to her. She put him on the backporch with his best buddy Josh while she got her shoes & a dog leash but i had trotted up to her front porch seeing old foster mummy Lori. So she strapped the leash to me and i gave her a big ol' sloppy bully kiss! And to her suprise I didn't pull her down the icy drive way.Instead I walked slowly down the drive way knowing any false move would send my long bulky legs flying in the air and leave me hurt on the cold ground. I didn't want to go inside i wnated to stay with mom! After droppping me off she gathered up Shadow and sent him in then I took a nice nap on one of the kid's beds becuase i was C.O.L.D!

My Dear Dogster Pal Pebbles has spred her- wings..............

Pebbles was a great friend. One that i could never think would be gone. But today while stopping by to tell one of the kids it was dinner time & to come home she told me some very sorrow filled news. That dear old sweet hearted Pebbles had spred her wings and flown to heaven to be with god and watch over her family. Only being a young pup. (well sorta young if you count 2 yrs being young! Bol!) I had to ponder this for a second and made mom rush on to dogster to show me. It was true. Pebs had gone to the bridge. Just another heartache 2007 has brung us here in the dogster comunity. But I know pebbles will never be forgotten oh no. But that doesn't mean i don't miss my """auntie""" Pebbles.

I have been meaning to write this for A while. IT IS SO TRUE I HAVE THE BEST PALS E.V.E.RRRRR! One pal that is just oh so amazing and went out of her way to make my barkday super special is.......... Sadie! She sent me a rosette (like many of my furtastic pals) and she posted in plus fun to annouce my party in plus birthdays forum and she had her angel sister Kadie post in the A-team forum that Nelson's (nelson is my bridge brother) brother was turning two :D
Isn't that just so dang sweet? yeah!

BEST BARKDAY EVER! (well I am only two but it is still- pawsome! BOL)

Yesterday I got some many treats and goodies my belly was about to explode! And I got 3 big prezzies (along with my treats) A big bone, a red tough tug toy, and a squeaky stuffie/rope pumpkin toy! (my favorite so far) I also got many pup-mails today & yesterday saying happy b-day and i got many rosettes! I WANA SAY THANK YOU TO ALL OF MY PALS! I LOVE YOU DUDES!
I got some extra lovin today to from mom she had a quick amount of time to give me a big old birthday smooch :D

Big Day Ahead Of me (Pre-Barkday Events)

Well as many of you know my 2nd Barkday is 2morow (Monday).
But since mom is very busy monday, I get my prezzies today (can't wait!) And my dogster party today! But i get my special dinner and special lovin on Monday.We also have the yearly culd-e-sac Block Party! But last time I decided to hop the fence and join in the fun i got in big trouble. I guess the food on the tables was not for me, how was i supposed to know?
Well this morning is already pawsome. I got to IM chat with my great gal pal Bailey! I haven't barked with her in ages! I also think I might see my beloved canadian Bacon Sammi at my party!
Well I am going to go bug mom to give me my prezzies!

W.O.O.F

Well yesterday night mommy came over played with me,shadow, and brother for a bit (buddy just watched from the couch) And i forgot to tell you that the vet told us the ages of brother and buddy! Buddy the shih-tzu is 10 years old wich we can see, he can be a sweetie but is grumpy old fart. Then Brother the min-pin mix (with maybe a bit of fox terrier) is about one or two years old! WOOT! We could tell he is a hyper boy just like me, we still won't really play but we will chase each other and somtimes it does get a bit ruff and mommy has to tell us to stop. We both love to chew up toys especially stuffies! Brother is really liking it here he was playing with Shadow yesterday to but then i tried to join and it got to ruff were he gave a huge yelp and mom had to brake us up before she left. Oh yeah and Brother is also a bit naughty! I think it was last week when Ellen let us out fairly early friday morning brother ran out in the yard and came back with a oposum (sp?) bigger then him! Ellen freaked and so did mom when she herd. They took him to the front porch were he dropped it and they found out it wasn't dead!!
And this morning mom say me in the neighbors front porch and called my name i came runnin and she brought me to the front porch. She went and got her shoes and jacket (it has been VERY cold lately!) and took a few photos of me nd of course i had to have my treat then they took me back home!

I am not naughty.....I am just misunderstood!

SO TRUE! Okay maybe not all true i might be a bit naughty. Well this morning as the trash truck came down our cul-de-sac and mom watched out the window i leaped the fence and started to chase the truck giving mom a heartattack but she could not chase after me. But a few of my people kids chased after me with no luck. I aslmost got hit a few times and while i am chasing i am barking at the guy at the end of the truck. Then the truck could not stop so it went back up the street. I chased it. Finnally after being happy with what i have done i trotted back down the street to get 3 mad people yelling at me and telling me what a bad boy i was. Then i got put away in a room! (NO FAIR) Then My ellen had to track down the truck and ask them to come back. Then later today the UPS man came very nice man even tried to make friends with me. But i was jumping around and barking my tail off! Took three kids to get me! Again i was in trouble! Hey i was just doing my job as a guard dog! oh well. Mom was sad because i had been doing so well! sry mama i will do better next time.

Today Today Today!

Wowzas what a day.
Well a few days ago i was a bad boy, and got into the trash and well lets just say the yard has pieces of trash all over it! My people have been busy and will clean it up over the weekend. But i sure did get in trouble! And mommy Abby came over and played with me in the yard for a good while! But she also had to play with the other pups to! But she brought Murphy over but i got in trouble for bugging him, murph just sniffed around mommy ended up having to put Buddy inside because he was being a grump. But since me and brother keep getting in little spats mom did the miny Ceaser on us! And it worked! Thank god for the dog whisperer (BOL)!!!
And my Ellen bought us some cool colored tennis balls a few days ago, my favorite was the red one! Well we were playing on the back patio and mom was about to throw the red tennis ball when i ran back so i could get it ( i know i am a smart boy ;)
But when she threw it i missed it and it went down the storm drain in our backyard! I stuck my big head in there and herd a CLUMP as it hit the bottom. Wowzas was it a long way down i thought. Mommy felt bad she had to call me over but i kept looking back at the drain but soon i saw my stuffed piggy laying on the dirt pile and made a jump for it and pounced on it! And brought it to mommy! Then after sucking on my pig for a while mommy brought out the blue tennis ball and i almost forgot about the red ball. I chased after the ball and Brother and me actually got along!
Oh and to top off this pawsome day when i check the dogster homepage i noticed that i had three new great presents! :-O
I got a joucy steak from my sweet sammi girl, and a shiny bootiful satr from my sammi sou! The photo that was supposed to be in it didn't come up :( Oh well i still L.O.V.E it!! And i also got a yummy yummy Apple from my pal Jasmine! wow thanks Jazzy i love my yummy apple! I hope there isn't a worm in it :-O

IT'S HERE IT'S HERE!

Well mommy has been so busy we forgot to write this! Well as some of you know i signed up for the year of the dog contest and i think got 365 place or somthing like that. Wich is not bad at all! Millions of pups entered i was just glad i got any place at all! Well my prize was big poster with all the other winners photos on the poster and some photos from the movie! Well on Friday it came in the mail! It was really cool! Even though my photo is small mom found it right away, and could name about 30 of the dogs on the poster! (BOL) Yes we are dogster addocts! :D
Well mommy says she is going to get a frame for the poster and put it up! Thanks dogster!

P.s i was a naughty boy this mourning i jumped the fence and thought it would fun to chase the trash truck that was coming down our street. Mommy Abby herd mommy Ellen call my name in the front yard but i was to busy having fun! So Mom ran outside and gave a strong "LUKERS!" And i came trotting to her side. What a day!

Cousin Update-

Well this morning i came over to visit mama abby and foster mom lori! And The mommy Ellen came over to get me and talk to FM lori while they were talking in the house i ran to the back room and tried to wake up mom but she was FAST asleep so i had to go *humf* Mom saw the uncle today he misses his dogs.
And i am getting much better with buddy & Brother but i am still not so sure about those guys...........

Those Cousins!

Well today the fur-cousins were gone most of the day mommy ellen took them to the groomers. Buddy got a big hair cut he looks like a pug now! Brother just got a bath. And then we all four went on a walk (me shadow and the cousins) Avery (my lil boy) walked brother ellery(my lil girl) walked buddy, mummy abby walked me and braden walked ahead and walked shadow. I was given mom some trouble i pulled on the leash so much i gave her hand a blister within in five minutes. It was bleeding all over the place within 10 minutes her hand was covered in blood mostly because she smeered it so her clothes would not get stained. Finnaly half way to the school she pulled me over and wrapped the leash around my neck like a choke collar because i was pulling her arm off! (BOL) After a while i was better. And i am getting along with buddy & brother yesterday i was mad they were still here but if they don't touch my girls, my food, and my toys, all is well!

COUSINS??!!!!

Well i guess you could call them my cousins. Well Mommy ellens Uncle (my great human uncle) broke his hip and will be in a nurseing home for a month. So we have to watch his two dogs for a month. There is Buddy the Shi zu (about a year old) and Brother the min pin mix (about 3 years old) They are both very nervouse at the moment. Mommy ellen is taking them into the groomers 2morow Buddy needs a bath & haircut and Brother needs a bath they are stinky. They also are use to pooping & peeing inside the house (lucky! everytime i do i get in big trouble) So with mommy abby's help mommy ellen has to crate train them (for night) and potty train them! Brother is a fat boy so we have to walk them everyday. So far i like them alot! Brother is a lover boy and buddy will play with me a bit. But before they came here they got in a fight with another big dog so buddy has a puncture wound on his year and brother one on his foot so we have clean those up! Well i will keep you updated!

Sunday

Well this morning foster mama Lori and little Gracie were walking in there backyard and i was so happy to see the i jumped the fence and ran over to them! I was so happy to see them i well i peed on Gracie! *blush*
then Foster mom and mommy Ellen talked for a while when i found somthing. It was a bird still alive, and mommy was happy i didn't kill it! Foster mommy tried to save it but it soon died because it was sick :(
Then Mommy Abby came over for a hour and played with us! what a pawsome day!

Popcorn

Well yesterday i saw mommy in the backyard and ran up to her. I have not seen her in a while one because my people have been busy and don't have as much time to let me outside and Mommy was at a lake house. Well i ran up to her with a bag of popcorn in my mouth. Mom wished she had a camera with her so she could take a photo of me. She said i was so cute with the bag hanging out of my mouth! Well she finnaly got a hold of it and i gave her a great big kiss!

Cancer is such a horrible thing!

Yes it is! It takes so many pups & people! And this year many of my pals have died because of this horible sin!
Today we found out the sweetest Daisy she was a fellow fun loving dog she loved life just like me and lived everyday to the fullest.
She was only three years old!!!!!! Her life was cut short by this horrible cancer. Sorry about this, i just really had to vent. But may we all pray for her family and chant in her honor!
