Arrival Story:
My brother found Angel at the pound. I had been there earlier in the week and adopted a black lab. My brother went back and adopted Angel. She was pretty starved for attention and I was home the most so we spent a lot of hours on the couch watching TV and playing with her rope toys. She became really attached to me and would come to me when my brother called her. When he moved out Angel stayed with me. She's very protective and even growls a little at my husband if he tries to move her to sit next to me or pick her up when it's time for her to go to bed. She guards her personal space (which includes me when I'm walking her) very closely. And Angel's personal space extends 300 feet from wherever she is at that moment. I believe she thinks she's a Great Dane.
