Arrival Story:
I had requsted to be called if the pound got any female huskies so my pal Joxer could have a buddie. I had Joxer for a year and then got the call that they had two girls at the pound. So I came in and checked them out. There was a gray and white with blue eyes.. she was health and happy, but also hyper. She also snarled and snapped at the dog in the kennel next to her. So I went to see the other. She was cream and orange colored and so sunburned and malnourashed her fur would break off. Her tail was missing half it's fur and looked like a paddle. She was sweet and quiet and came up and leaned against my leg to be cuddled. So I signed up to have her fixed. I went to pick her up and take her home, she was so happy to see me. She tried to crawl into my lap on the way home. I found that she didn't like men too much and she spent the first few weeks hiding in her crate in my bed room. Joxer had to teach her to play, sense then there had been no stopping her. Her fir is a soft dark red and white and she found that there arn't too many guys she dosn't like.
