I want to bark the news about our annual family camping trip. I had a very good time. The weather was nice; no rain like we had last year. We went to the same campground as last time. Dad, Greg, Phoebe and I went on a long walk all the way around the lake. Phoebe kept up really well for such a little dog. She had to climb over logs and work her way through big rocks, but Greg never had to help her. Gertie didn't get to come on any long walks because she is too fat and out of shape. Dad took her on some shorter ones. Dad took me on some other nice walks so I could check my pee-mail It had been a whole year since I had been there so there was a lot of news to catch up on. I found a lot of nice horse-apples, but whenever I got ready for a feast, Dad always yelled LEAVE IT!! so I had to pass them by.

Dad's great-granddaughter, Amanda, came home with us to help catch up on the work Dad has let get behind. We will be taking her home this week-end when we go back to participate in Charlene's yard sale.
