Well, it would seem that Mom and Dad moved all of us from Phoenix, AZ (postage size yard) to a Louisville, TN back in 08/07 (where there was NO mention of BSL across the WHOLE state of Tenn.
Mom and Dad are so upset and worried that they made a move to give us dogs a better life of 1.43 acres of fenced yard, and TONS of space for us to get TONS of exercise and enjoy some room to run. We are not left outside on chains all day, we have a lovely pet sitter who comes in daily to give us a break , run and a treat while Mom and Dad are at work!
This is so unfair to BLAME us, for the actions of ANOTHER irresponsible dog owner.
We have done nothing wrong, and we have faith in our parents, that if FORCED to we'll make the trip back to Phoenix, and HOPEFULLY be able to sell the TENN house, with out causing MORE financial hardship.
Can you imagine that OUR parents will be charged with a CLASS A Misdemeanor, WHICH is a HIGHER offense than attending a DOG FIGHT! (What is wrong with this picture!)
If you are in support of us, please send our mom and email at hhaywardthomas @yahoo.com (remove space) and she can forward you all the STATE representative's email addy's, phone numbers, and fax numbers.
We appreciate your support, because THIS COULD BE you in the future!!!!
If it happens in ACROSS the WHOLE STATE of TENN it is only a matter of time before another STATE tries the same thing!!!!
REMEMBER REFUSE TO BRING YOUR TOURIST DOLLARS TO TENN, if you don't live in Tenn!!!!
CALLING ALL DOGSTERS! WE NEED YOUR EMAILS! ASAP!!!!
Well, Senator Kilby got a signature on his SB3827
Please right below and VOICE your opinion, advise them that even if you are not a VOTER of TENN that you will withdraw your tourism dollars!
Tennessee Senate Bill 3827 which would make ownership of a "pit bull" in Tennessee a Class A Misdemeanor now has a companion House sponsor.
House Representative Janis Sontany filed HB3984 today. It has not yet been sent to a House Committee. Once the bill is assigned to a committee, we'll send out the contact information for the individual committee members. In the meantime, Representative Sontany's contact information is below.

I've been tagged...by my Pup Pal MooMoo!
Each player starts with 7 facts about themselves. Dogs who are tagged, need to post in their diary the rules and their 7 facts. Then choose 7 dogs to tag and list their names. Don’t forget to send them a pmail that they have been tagged and to read your diary.
My 7 facts:
1. I was found out in the desert in the Fountain Hills, AZ area.
2. I love to take my ball and do the Pit Bull Head Shaking show off prance!
3. I love my sister, and all 4 of my big brothers.
4. I graduated from being in the crate. Now I get to stay out with Harley and Baby Buck.
5. I love to hog the king size bed that we all get to sleep in with Mom and Dad. Even when Dad’s on the road I manage to hog the whole bed! (I’m such a stinker!)
6. I love to go to Doggy Daycare and play with my boyfriend, Parker.
7. I love to do tilty-head when I hear a strange noise or mom is talking in that voice that gets my attention.

Today is one week from the day that I had both my knees operated on. My mom was able to pick me up on Friday night, and she learned how to take care of me for the next six weeks.
It is going to be a long slow road to recovery because I have to be still. Do you realize how hard it is to stay still, when you see your brothers playing or you want to get up on the nice comfy couch, but you have to stay on the floor, or in your crate.
I know that my parents made the best choice possible for me to ensure that I make a full recovery, and do not suffer any arthritis as I get older.
I'm trying to remain quiet and still, but that's not easy to do! Mom has been taking the sleep sofa mattress off the couch and sleeping on the floor with me.
I'm so spoiled! :)
I've been taking my meds like a good little girl, and I've been really good about letting everyone know when I have to go potty, so they can help me outside.
Well, it is time to take a nap again, so I'll bark at you later, and keep you updated on my recovery!
