Arrival Story:
I found "Diesel" as a puppy approx. 3 months old wandering around a picnic area trying to get food off the near by picnic tables. Of course I made a great impression on my company as I spent an entire 2 hours coaxing this little bugger with Hot Dogs and Chicken to come over to me. Once I scooped him up, he had no collar and still had some baby teeth, so I took him home and posted him on www.pets911.com that we had found him. Nobody claimed him, their loss our gain! He became my husband's trucker buddy, thus the name "Diesel".

Bio:
Due to loose of our home and severe back injury to my L5 and L4, and my S1 and undergoing back procedures I am unable to care for my six dogs. Diesel is a great dog. He is not too found of cats and does have a "bird" instinct when in the back yard. He is just happy to be wandering around our fence yard, and usually likes to be off by himself in the house. He'll get up on the bed once in a while, but for the most part is a loner. It is breaking my heart to have to re-home him as they are my kids. He has to be an inside dog! He does not like cats!!!

Okay, I'll be the first to admit it, that I am a loner, and I like to investigate things, and not hang out with the brothers and sisters that I have.

I can be really sassy, and do the "Elvis" lip thing that Mom and Dad are always laughing at me about.

I promised them that the next time I see that little box with the flash that I'd stick around and let them take some pictures of me!

Hey I have my own agenda when I'm out and about, chasing lizards, checking out the markings of other dogs, chasing those pesky birds, and showing off my very unusual brindle coat.

There has been more than one occasion while on a walk through the neighborhood that neighbors have stopped Mom and Dad, and asked "What type of dog is that?".... Of course, I know they are talking about me, so I let out a "Bark" and prance about!

I even had one guy tell them that I was a $2,500 dog! My mom and dad said they must be the luckiest people then, because I was found as a stray as a pup, and all they've had to do is give me lots of love!

I'll be back soon with much better pictures, as you know I promised to stick around long enough to let them snap a picture! :)

chat with you later

P.s. Tell Mom and Dad that they have to get Piglet and Pitunia on the site too!
They just adopted those two recently as well!!!
