 Quick Bio:
| -purebred | -deaf | -dog rescue | |
Likes: Boo loves getting email! You can drop him a line at boobooradley@gmail.com He also likes my lap, stinky liver-twists, snausages, pig's ears, stuffed animals, sleeping in the bed, hangin' with Spike and Wingnut, rolling in filth, learning hand-signals

Pet-Peeves: Being kennelled at night, being told "no!", not being able to access the cat's food, not being allowed to stand on the dining room table, wearing his sweaters and jackets (which he has to, 'cuz it gets cold outside!)...

Favorite Toy: Ropey-Rope, any stuffed toy, stink-stick

Favorite Food: First Mate Hypo-Allergenic, Jake and Daisy's Raw Beef and Veg, Amore Raw Buffalo and Veg.

Favorite Walk: Going to Granville Island on the aquabus and seeing the geese (...and trying to roll in their droppings...)

Best Tricks: Sit, Lie down, Come, Spin in a circle (seriously! he does this very well!), come to my right and left, back up. He's a smart little deaf guy who follows hand-signals!

Arrival Story: I was thinking of getting a dog for a year so I joined a few dog-rescue boards online. I read posts, and asked questions about dog ownership, etc... I got to know a few folks from local rescues and offered to volunteer and help one of them out with some design-work on their rescue's brochure and website.
1 week later I adopted a small deaf maltese male from them and I haven't looked back. I love this little guy so much and he has taught me so much. One thing I have learned is that a deaf dog is JUST as good as a hearing one. He is SO smart and so attentive!!... and I love to smell his little toes. Funny, I know, but I love the smell of my dogs toes! Popcorn!

Bio: He was born deaf (I think) and was raised with a previous owner for 1 year. They didn't have the time to train him properly (deaf dog training) or pay enough attention to his needs so they surrendered him. Lucky me.

Forums Motto: I'm so cute. I'm so tiny.
