She loved walking near water, i.e. lakes, rivers..she would always run through the water

Arrival Story:
I was a teenager when Phoenix came into my life. She was around 2 years old. My mom found her, no one was looking for her, so we added her to our family. She accepted every single dog that came along after her. Donder Joe ended up being her best friend, she taught him everything he knew.

Bio:
Phoenix was very loyal toward her humans. She was my best friend and helped me through a lot of challenging moments. She would follow me around any where and every where. The last time I saw her was June 2005. She was going to be in my wedding next month, but her body just didn't allow her to last another month. She died July 19, 2006. I miss her so much. I know she was old, but it doesn't make it any easier losing her. It makes it even harder because I thought I'd be seeing her again. She would have made a beautiful bridesmaid, bought her a dress and was going to have her stand up with the bridal party, but I suppose it just wasn't meant to be. She'll be there in spirit though.
