Best Tricks: It's not really a trick but it's funny, he barks with his mouth closed! Arrival Story: I saw his face on a pug rescue website and feel in love. We weren't going to get anymore Pugs but I pouted a little and my sweet husband gave in. After contacting the rescue we discoved that he was being fostered by our local Pug rescue. We did a meet and greet at PetsMart. Smokey Joe was so fat (36 pounds) that he couldn't walk down the isle without taking a little break. He would lay down in the middle of the isle spread eagle while shoppers walked around him. That sealed the deal.
